Welcome to Cappoquin Primary School

Cappoquin Primary School/Bunscoil Gleann Sidheáin is a Catholic School under the Patronage of the Bishop of Waterford and Lismore. The school is a mixed school catering for boys and girls from Junior Infants to 6th Class.

The school opened its doors in Cappoquin on 29th March 2004 and the school was officially blessed by Bishop William Lee on Friday 14th May 2004. Cappoquin Primary School is situated alongside the beautiful Glen area of Cappoquin and the school is fortunate to be surrounded by the beauty of nature and to be enveloped in the tranquillity of such well-chosen and peaceful surroundings.

Cappoquin Primary School is a modern, state of the art 8 classroom Primary School. It consists of:

Eight classrooms with toilets and storage facilities located off each
ASD Unit with 2 ASD classrooms, sensory room, central activities areas, ancillary rooms & soft play area
